Oh it's defiantly her. Either she's being held hostage, or she doesn't agree with Lelouch's methods (after all, Lelouch's plan is to make himself the worst ruler ever and spill enough blood that everyone only remembers and hates him instead of the other people, like Euphy). But they used that Nuke again, and Nunnally is on the Nuke using side O_o. Wouldn't she be against using it?

And why the hell doesn't Lelouch just tell Kallen he can only use Geass on a person once, and the only time he used it on her was the very beginning of the series to ask what happen the day before... and that's it. Kallen would instantly join him. But I guess if he plans to die, he doesn't want anyone attached to him.

I guess he doesn't tell anyone that his power can be used only once as that would become a weakness. I think Schneizel has fed Nunally with some bullchocolate. After all, she is pretty dumb. and I doubt that she knows about the second explosion. She could also be fake.. someone's geass.. dunno...

Also, it makes sense that Lelouch doesn't want anyone close to him as he has already lost a number of people close to him... he is after all, human.
