Right.

This plugin must be one of those activated by the recovery menu :P.
Wifi must be activated regardless position of the switch.
The memory stick icon must change from one that says internal when the switch is down. Memory stick when it is up.
So yeah it would need a custom topmenu plugin to.

An awesome them to top it off. Rather than an edited stock one. Stock one sucks.

Whoever does it first might have their name in the credits of a youtube video :O
Can't get much better than that :P.

That's a pretty large request, especially considering how few serious PSP developers visit these forums (i know that wee have some, but by and large)

You should request that somewhere else, but I think that has more to do with the hardware than anything else. You could try opening your PSP IF you have experience.
