RE: Maybe new job???
ive applied to so many places and no one is hiring me :(
im just considering some fast food joint like KFC or McDonalds........
but seriously, you should get money from your job; your dad should realize it would do good for him too (so he doesn't need to buy you anything)

The thing is I don't ask for anything. My sister spends $75+ going out on a weekly basis, she a failure in school, and at preety much anything else. She a year younger :/
But I've only asked for what i need like shoes (Ive had the same ones all school year), and that's all ive asked for. I want money to get what I want, but looks like that won't happen :/

omg lol, seriously theres something fishy about him wanting to buy you things
personally, my dad says i should go out and do it (actually him and my mom are forcing me to make my own money......) so i don't see any parents that would try to get their son to NOT do a job and get compensated for it....
maybe he loves you?

Not saying that you have to be 15.
A job is generally a good thing - just don't think about the earning money part - at your age, you won't earn much. The idea is that you get experience, which helps you get a better job later on (or, you move up).
I'd just pay for public transport. What you earn at your job should easily cover it. Alternatively, try to get a job which is within walking distance.

RE: Maybe new job???
i dunno.. he sounds unreasonable. But there are only two ways:
1> Either tyou go out and do the job regardless of what he says.
2> Reason with him. If you can't have someone who can talk to him. If it works on your father, give examples of all the kids your age who are out doing stuff...
either ways.. you have to figure out yourself... this is actually a good test! If you can make a deal with him, you are ready to go out!
Also, you mentioned that your dad is afraid that you are going to end up walking his path. Tell him that you are not him. That you have learned to prioritize. That ppl at EP will kick your butt if you drop out before two months after you graduation.
