it can be a rule, but i don't think anyone will follow something when theres about 1% chance of them being proven guilty, that just happens XD

Well yeah but this is just a fun competition. There is no need to take it seriously. It is just a way on how you can test yourself with different conditions (the themes) and there are many times and not just in a theme like this when people vote for a sig because of the render and not the quality.

I don't mind it as this is just a friendly competition.

But you can make a poll and whatever, you want me to add a rule? PM me and I shall add it to the rules and regulations.

Don't mind my bitching. Just reminds me of what happened when Brittany (female member) joined a few months ago.

Hell, I'm not even a graphics regular. So I have no right to impose such a rule.
