For some reason, that looks like it'd be the movie poster for a horror movie... like "The Party".  The red on it makes me think it is blood that foreshadows the true macabre nature of a cute party... or something...

IDK.  Maybe it is just the excessive flooding of horror movies in American theaters that has gotten me to see it that way.
