RE: Saint Seiya Anime !!!! anyone!?
Dude...considering what you had to work with that is a masterpiece, congrats on that
Still, with no offence to your work, you can't turn lead into gold

Thanks.
And yeah, "can't turn lead into gold"... unless I also resize it to something tiny, like 1/4 the original size, then it will hide pretty much all the remaining blocking, increase detail, and will look high quality. But then that's not really helping, since unless I want to watch it tiny, I will have to enlarge the screen, and then it'll be even worse than not resizing it small in the encode.

The subber never put his name, or this groups name on the vid.
Maybe there is a reason for that....
...
Looks like a youtube video in terms of quality.
...Or a DivX streaming video for that case. I remember beaner once saying that he found a subbed DivX streaming version of Saint Seiya somewhere. And since actual fansub releases of this anime doesn't cover the whole series yet, maybe the guy used that DivX stream as his source for his encoding. Wouldn't be too bad a guess.

Seems Spanish and French subs were completed v_v
My spanish and French skills won't be any better than my Jap skills, and that's virtually non-existant. :(
Oh well, it's just going to take like 60x4 = 240hrs = 10 days to get the encoding all done. >.<

RE: Saint Seiya Anime !!!! anyone!?
Actually, I finished a few test encodings... that episode has very low compressability, least compressible anime I've seen yet.
... So that encode isn't as bad as I expected. (well, at least that's a justification for the crappiness)
