No, it's the RIAA and the MPAA doing it.  It's because of pressure from the RIAA that TPB was raided last year.  It's the RIAA that is making it almost impossible for AllofMP3.com to function, they've made it impossible for anyone to use a credit card to buy from the site.

Yes it is but the Swedish Police are now the ones wanting to cooperate and get rid of tpb, but they can't because it isn't illegal.
