yeah theres a backup utility in the systems menu..

but im not sure if it copies the games and stuff you downloaded... also do it keep my user info in flash mem. inside the ps3 or something? im not gona back up and that's the only thing im worried about.. don't want to lose my trophies and my psn login info... i know i can download the bought games up to 5 times so i don't mind doing that

yeah it backs up every thing but it takes a long time,
