Bad blocks are normal wear and tear on a NAND chip.

So if you have a couple its alright. Most NAND chip comes with extra blocks.
When one or two become bad, the controller automatically flags it and remaps that particular address to another block.
This is beyond the PSP's control.

Just make a note of it and move on.
