When I dumped PSP for backup using Open Source Dumper, I got a message saying that bad block at page XXXX . And the application continued to dump.

My question is how can I fix the bad block? Or is there a homebrew can fix this error.  NAND on my PSP may be wrong?

I heard of that the NAND have the bad block, which is not a problem.
if i were right, it can't be fixed. like bad sections in HDD
reflashing mostly would remove the bad block

Are you high? Smokingg

Bad blocks are normal wear and tear on a NAND chip.

So if you have a couple its alright. Most NAND chip comes with extra blocks.
When one or two become bad, the controller automatically flags it and remaps that particular address to another block.
This is beyond the PSP's control.

Just make a note of it and move on.
