That depends, on weather or not you did a clean install...

The clean install of the vista OS will not run the MSformat.exe
But lets say you where on XP &, win you updated you just used the update
that would leave the drivers language on the OS..

I hit clean install win i ran the vista OS.. :P & I will never forgive my self..
