I don't know about premium, but as for free service, Megaupload is way better than rapidshare. Better size restriction, no annoying download restriction of 1 download every 2 hrs or something (forgot how long it is exactly).

As for premium, with my 128kbit/s connection, I will never buy premium. So in my books, MU>RS.
