Ok you know that for the images you need .bmp , yes ? and also for 32 bits images you need Alpha channel , the alpha is for transparency , so you can only see the icon not the background . So you want the battery as it is , normal state , right corner up , i think your image have a black channel alfa , for that reason it don't show ...
