Hello, im new to the XMB modding scene and im having problems with my battery and vloume icons, well if i put any new icon on it messes up. :out:
Here's a early version of what happened to the battery icon when i flashed it

As you can see it got all bunched up in the corner, why is this?

Also if i try and put a different battery icon in, it either does the same or goes really big.

Please help me. Thank you!
:penguin:
Lol , it happens to me realy often , what you touched Paf values ?

What you can do is restore you backup and setting the files one by one , to see where the problem comes , or get the decrypted Rco , and rebuild them again , without touching the X Y values ...
thanks for the quick reply, i have not touched nuffing in the paf, unless i have done something completely wrong.

Well then you did something wrong with your battery , take a new ones decrypted clean Rco´s and put the same icons you want to use , and don't touch X  or Y  values , its real wierd you said you don't know much , i wonder what happened to your rco´s ...?

Restore your backup , and try again ... it looks like prx editing , or wrong X  Y   values.
I'll have a quick go now and see if i can fix it

EDIT: the battery icon does not even show up on my psp now
Tell us what's up , i think you messed the X Y values ...

X - horizontal = values can be -240 & 240 ; 240+240=480
Y - vertical    = values can be -136 & 136 ; 136+136=272       480x272 default resolution PSP
                                                0 = center for both

Erm... i want the battery icon to go into the top right corner, and the date and time just a bit further away from it.

here are the battery icons i want to add
[Image: 4vowb3a.jpg]

I replace it, on the rco, flash it and it just go's.
then you do something wrong with values , i mentioned upthere , and i don't think this image can't help you much ... Ok you know that for the images you need .bmp , yes ? and also for 32 bits images you need Alpha channel , the alpha is for transparency , so you can only see the icon not the background . So you want the battery as it is , normal state , right corner up , i think your image have a black channel alfa , for that reason it don't show ...
Shall i upload a screen of the page data in the rco editor
uplod the image you use for the battery too , use attachments , and also the page data image.
