They actually have a pretty good system for releasing these things.  All you have to do is sign up at wololo's site and be active/known/trusted there and they will give you the info before the public release.  

I have my Vita running the Uno exploit right now.   With TN-V you can have the PSP XMB with 6.60 ctf themes.  So I am going to have to dust off my PSP and update it to 6.60 cfw and start making some more themes since they are now good for the Vita too!  

How long does it take to become trusted? Is there like a certain number of minimum posts?


Also, how does the VHBL work? Regarding restrictions and stuff, I'm like completely out of the loop here.
