I said reliable form of recovery. Leftovers is not reliable, keeping Wobbuffet alive for 16 turns is not easy when you got beasts like Volcarona to deal with... in competitive battles.

If you're just talking in-game? Sure, Wobbuffet is unstoppable in that and is a bit more interesting to use than the usual Fire/Fighting with insane type coverage.
