After trying it out, I actually like it.  Despite a few annoying ads, the GUI has all the handy PSP settings right there at your fingertips. The program seems very stable, and has good video processing speed.  To top it off, it has some great features including adding effects to your videos.  Since it is freeware, I recommend giving it a shot.
