Ok this is what you do:)
First, create a folder at the root of your memory stick called "CXMB" (without the quotes).
Second, download this http://www.mediafire.com/?si6w0yxw19b89ml and put it in the CXMB folder you just made.
Third, go into your seplugins folder and open your "vsh.txt" file, delete the old one, and type in this "ms0:/CXMB/cxmb.prx 1" and keep it at the very top.

Last, be sure you keep the ctf files at the "ms0:/PSP/THEME/" folder:)
