I am currently using 6.39 PRO b7 on my PSP 1000. The problem is, I can't get to apply any ctf themes on it. ctf files don't even show up on Theme Settings. I have tried installing the 6.39 cxmb on my psp and it is enabled on my plug ins.. can you please help me on what steps I have been missing here? I also have the CTFtool GUI installed on my computer but I'm really confused on how t use it, lol.
Ok this is what you do:)
First, create a folder at the root of your memory stick called "CXMB" (without the quotes).
Second, download this
http://www.mediafire.com/?si6w0yxw19b89ml and put it in the CXMB folder you just made.
Third, go into your seplugins folder and open your "vsh.txt" file, delete the old one, and type in this "ms0:/CXMB/cxmb.prx 1" and keep it at the very top.
Last, be sure you keep the ctf files at the "ms0:/PSP/THEME/" folder:)
Anything else?

maybe the theme isn't for 6.39.
if it isn't then convert it to 6.39 using patpat's ctftool.
But, if the theme isn't the right version, and the cxmb plugin is working, it should show that theme as corrupted:)
So most probably his problem is the cxmb plugin itself:)
Thank you guys for having the time to help me out here. I will try these. As i can remember, when I open up the vsh.txt file, it only has one line and it says ef0:/cxmb/cxmb/prx 1.. is that alright?

No, instead of "ef0" it should be "ms0".
"ef0" is only for psp go's:)
copy this to your vsh.txt "ms0:/cxmb/cxmb.prx 1" without the quotes.
and it should be fine.
