Hmm... From this quote it seems that if you feel like a big weight has been lifted, then that means she was probably nothing but a burden and was dragging you down.  Also, when she said you were "Mentally Unstable" and threatened to call suicide watch on you, I think she insulted your self-esteem a little.  (I don't really know, but it would seem that way if someone said that to me...)  Though, she probably said that out of whatever emotion she was feeling, but I thought that was kind of messed up.  It was like she was throwing salt in your wounds.  She broke up with and now she's threatening you.  That's pretty much what I gathered from that.
