Wrong. When you try booting into DC8 with a Magic Memory Stick + Pandora Battery on an original Sony firmware, without the custom IPL the PSP will shut down immediately unless you power it by an AC adapter.

I asked about this on LAN.ST when I had this problem with my [now gone] 2000 so bbgtp helped me and released a custom IPL for 6.20.

By the way, are you Sony? You're really trying to come off righteous like you haven't done anything illegal at all

EDIT: There's nothing illegal in this app otherwise you wouldn't need the 6.30 firmware PBP to install.
