RE: The curse of Apple or rather OSX
Eh, being a macbook owner and user of osx for two years now lead me to come to one conclusion. While OSX does have it's good points (expose, application launching, etc) i really don't think it is more appealing than windows 7 is. Maybe it's a matter of preference, because when i look at windows i have all my stuff in one transparent taskbar; since I'm a guy who just diggs glass/simplicity i just love windows 7 and it's appearance.

Seriously, OS X has NO personality at all, you can only choose from two themes that only change  the color of your _buttons_. Seriously, and i just can't say it's the sexiest of OS's; if i were to make an analogy: Windows 7 is bursting with color and flavor but when i use OS X i get the feeling of a more drab and techy sort of color, something that makes me feel like a common sheep out of many.

Oh and believe me, I've customized my OSX; geek tool, widgets, icon changes and dock modding, i still felt like i couldn't really make the OS appeal to my simplistic liking. In the end, OS X is a nifty little OS that really incorporates a nice blend of multi-touch and productivity; but when push comes to shove the OS will fail you when you want to do something that is outside of what apple expects you to do; music, pictures, and internet. OS X just doesn't have all the goodies that take control of the power and technology behind your hardware, the operating system behaves exactly like it's userbase; it has no idea double you tee eff technology is and wants to just have a type of "digital lifestyle," as if it's the next cool thing.

Windows 7 is always incorporating interesting improvements and a wide userbase of apps; and i have to admit, somethings blow me away.

For example, hardware accelerated video decoding, touch screen implementation, direct x, and lots more.

That's why OS X sucks, you just literally need to adhere to what apple gives you, no upgrades, no technologies, just a fail lifestyle that only hipsters adore.

MY SIG IS FUCKING DEAD
