It's actually the only TV show I still watch, although half of it is kinda stupid, I still find it amusing :P

O_o, though is it entirely legal? I'll exclude hershey kisses, since it's usually not allowed from work/school internet, for example. Hard to say, lolz.
For me, I'd say a fast connection, and probably about 10-20GB/month. I somehow use up 1GB/month just by browsing the internet with images/flash etc disabled...
What made me wonder is that there has been debate in Australian Parliament about a high-speed fibre-optic broadband infrastructure for residential use. Seriously, I think most people won't need that kind of speed if they only perform legal activities online. Unless you like to download Linux distros ever day...
Interesting issue IMO.
