My suggestion would be to get arcane ring 1st item for ES (Earthshaker), you sort of need the mana.  Same for heros like tiny.

Eventually aim at getting a refresher (maybe like shivas afterwards).  So you can do crazy shit like... fissure (stuns), blink, totem (stuns), ring, ulti (stuns), refresher, ring, ulti (stuns), fissure (stuns), hit (with bonus damage), totem (stuns), hit (with bonus damage).  Stun locks at least 1 hero (hopefully more) for like 6+ seconds, and deals out massive AoE damage to the whole enemy team.  Too bad ulti got nerfed so it doesn't proc full damage any more on dead corpses, so this isn't as effective as it used to be (used to be able to pretty much kill a whole team from full to dead or almost dead, if there are enough creeps around).

Srsbsns dota here is all caster/stunner/AoE teams, heros like troll without any form of crowd control just doesn't get it.
