By himself without help from other heros?  Because if others were helping, it means nothing.

Generally only happens when you completely rape up early game, and you're like 7 lvls higher than everyone or something.  Or if you're an extremely powerful endgame hero and you managed to farm up like 4 endgame weps (stop playing easy mode?).
