Garena is not a private server. Its an open server for a lot of popular online games (like Dota, COD:MW2 etc). Essentially, allows you to play not-so-legit games online cause the game's parents are too strict.

Lol no. In fact I don't usually play AI, unless its really needed. I like agi heroes cause they are fun, and yes.. they rape like hell. But the most potent heroes are melee strength (like troll and axe),though I usually take the role of a ganker in matches, so an agi hero suits that purpose.

They are still balanced. These new heroes have been introduced in the latest map (6.65, For your information) and hence they are a little imbalanced. They will be nerfed in the next map, though. Still they are not unnaturally imbalanced. Just that its evident.

Example: Murlock Nightcrawler can go invisible and get regen (4 times normal regen) if away from combat. Plus, he steals attribute points when fighting an enemy hero. So longer the combat, the more you are making him stronger.

Still, this is pretty easily countered.
