if you want to upgrade directly to 5.00m33-3 with pandora, wich is very easy.
but

should be save to go from 3.xx to 5.00m33 upgrading the normal way,. with eboot and firmware files.

i would prefer the pandora way,. dc8 does't need a memstick format and you will install 5.00m33-3 after this you only have to install latest update 5.00m33-6
