Did you knew that images of 500 pixels wide and more gets scaled down by MyBB for fitting  the screen?

That was the very essence of that rule. It was not made for annoying contestants, it was because MyBB will screw you at the voting time, since it'll distort the image.

That rule have been untouched since the SOTW started a year back from yesterday, August 13th. There were no need for a specification in such rule because this site's users had the common sense to understand it and comply by it. But apparently this proves that common sense can't be assumed on every individual.

I agree completely with you, that is art, nobody can't prove otherwise, but this is a competition with former rules and procedures. And your entry doesn't qualify.

I, as the SOTW Moderator and organizer, disqualify Slushba132's entry unless he rescales proportionally of 500px of width or less. Additionally, I will modify the rules to force the image limitation into 500 x 200 and it will be in effect immediately.

I remind you gentlemen, this week's a freestyle competition, which means that you're free to use your personal theme and style for creating a sig, and just that.

And about the freedom, you are free to decide whether to enter or not, acknowledging that if you do, you must comply the rules.

This is NOT a "no rules" competition, or an anarchy altogether.

And the reason this competition has been up and running for more than a year now is the Iron-handed moderation and because drama here gets kicked out ASAP.

I will not allow any more drama in this thread, nor in my forums. I'll be looking this thread, if I see anymore drama, i will delete all the post or just process a ban if you get me pissed off.

So if you still feel like arguing about it, feel free to open a thread in random insanity and wee'll duke it out there.

I'm actually really calmed right now, I'm not the kind of person you want to see angry.
