Internal Flash ( hell, internal HDD ala ipod classic :D)

built in camera (i don't really care about gps)

iluminated buttons (like mime said)

wireless G, instead of the current B (too soon for N)

improved speakers/ acoustics

higher capacity battery

better music player with playlist support

i can't think of anything else
