And you want to know when you can tell someone wants
to talk to you or not. That's sometimes hard to tell if you like a girl
that's shy she will be very hard to talk to. But she will still want to,
so if you try something soft like passing her a note or slipping her
a note she would be more apt to talk, shy girls get kind of scared
talking to males face to face they feel over powered, but if you can
start slowly and she will open up to you better.

If she is a more outgoing and active person you are better off speak
to her face to face so she can see your facial expressions and body language.
And grow to like you more because you came to her and showed interest.

And if shes not interested in all after you try assuming she is shy or active and
shows no interest... Maybe she has a lover or maybe she is just generally not interested.
