Did you read the previous posts? You need to open the PRX in a hex editor, go to the specified addresses and change the floating point variables...
Try HexWorkshop as it shows the values in single precision floating point values.

I try to chanche the vertical position on prx and it is good!
Why not you don't create a Prx Tools like Rco Edit?

You changed the vertical position of the XMB? I haven't been able to - only fix horizontal position.
As for an editor, I might integrate one into RCO Editor. I won't make a separate editor for it though. RCO Editor was meant to be generic, but you can't really make a generic PRX editor (that doesn't involve a disassembler :P).

Yes:yipi: i fixed the left position but the hombrews not appear now,only fast loader and devhook...why?

No, it is not, the only position, that can be fixed is the horizontal.
Not jet managed to find the vertical position in the vshmain.prx, which holds the values.
XMB will only be at the top position on startup.
