SSD's are expensive :3

so I went with a compromise between I need high performance, and a terabyte of space for less than 4k

Yeah well, if you're going to spend that much money anyway, you may as well have bought an SSD.  I mean, it'll make your windows and programs boot a lot faster than the extra money spent on RAM or something like that would.

And no you don't need to buy a terabyte of SDD, only someone way fucking retarded would do that.  Just buy 64GB or something, for the OS and stuff.  You still store your movies and shit on normal HDDs.
