RE: K-ON! UK Release
Who else?

Dub of K-ON! without the character of the japanese voices actors :/

In that video all of the american voice actors sounded the same >_<

Not to mention all japanese humour will be stripped from the dub

e.g. "Shoppai" joke in the beach episode in series one, about the workd "shoppai" being misinterpreted by Yui for something else, which is why she exclaims "It's the salt, ricchan! The salt!"

RE: K-ON! UK Release
I don't recall any Japanese humor in it apart from in K-ON!! where they attempted to speak in kansai accent. But it's been like 2 years since I've watched it. I think there was a point when they tried to learn English but that was also K-ON!! One anime that was localized also had a Japanese/English conflict with speaking but it had seperate English subtitles to use with Japanese voices.

RE: K-ON! UK Release
There's been a dub out for quite some time, however, I've only been able to find really low quality (as in, hurts your ears) audio tracks.
