from my understanding, i have to compile into ISO.. and if u working on KHBBS, you should use prx from KHBBS folder

Has anyone managed to get BBS working on 5.00m33? I've tried several times and still been unable to get anything but a black screen after the PSP logo. I'm using the prometheus.prx from the KHBBS folder and I decrypted the BBS eboot with edecrypt 1.4, but none of the files in my USRDIR/MODULES are .prx, they're all ELF files, which edecrypt tells me are not encrypted. I checked with hexedit and none of them even have the ~PSP string. I also tried including the libfont.prx from God Eater, but wasn't sure where to put it.

It's working fine on 5.00M33-6, i even have the partial Eng. translation patch installed. :)
Make a backup of your untouched image
Then use WQSG_UMD_R31 to copy the following files in your image, but be carefull the image is permanently changed, no undo possible!

Files to be copied:
BBS0.DAT - decrypted (and patched for translation)*
BBS1.DAT - decrypted (and patched for translation)**
BBS2.DAT - decrypted
BBS3.DAT - decrypted (and patched for translation)**
EBOOT.BIN - from prometheus 0.2, the one especially for KHBBS
EBOOT.OLD - decrypted EBOOT.BIN from KHBBS renamed to EBOOT.OLD
prometheus.prx - from prometheus 0.2, the one especially for KHBBS

* this file is only needed when you patched BBS0.DAT for the translation!
** translation patch is not necessary!

Deactivate the KHBBS plugin, that's not needed anymore, The game won't run when it's activated.

Guys i still can't understand why to put the Prometheus plugin to KBBS folder.
If you open the eboot.bin (Prometheus loader) you will see this location: ms0:/prometheus.prx
