Man it's obvious that something is wrong here because UT3 doesn't even has a copy protection aside from the serial to play it online Hihi

You need to go and buy yourself a CD drive matey.  Actually, you can probably get one cheap from Nigeria.  Just do a search and I'm sure you'll get one.  Just make sure you have your parents' permission to send money overseas.

just load up steam, create an an account on steam if you don't have one, and theres a button to register a CD key on steam, activate a game on Steam or some such name. they allowed it to work because i forget why, but they did add UT3 to the redeemable games list
