yeah it is the best I mean I have a gamecube. . . i barely use it. . a PSP for when im not home and when I am home I just use my PC. . . its the best for gaming IMO!

but whoever likes tv's and consoles good for you.

I have become more comfortable with controllers and the interfaces on my game systems. I still will always consider Starcraft the best game I've ever played. So, chalk that one up for the PC.

well im in the UK and i went to costco here today and saw a 60gb ps3 with 2 games and 2 controllers for £350 which is approx £100 cheaper than other shops. ive played on the ps3 quite abit now and IMHO i think it trully kicks the 360's and is overall the best gaming console..

the ps3 is a kicking donkey machine, all the games i have works great on the ps3, i bought mine from ebay for $400.00 plus shiping and used, but works great and the list of games as far as the ps2 and ps1, is still amazing ,i only have about 40+ games and they all work great, it's the 60gb ps3

PS3 is a solid console.

You should get it if you meet the following requirements:

1) You are actually able to buy it
2) You will use it - play exclusive games too, MGS, Tekken, GT5, etc.
3) You have an HDTV
4) You will afford to spend enough TIME on it by using it

...... or at least meet 3 of them.

i bought a ps3 just because of rpg's, ps1 and 2 have a good history on rpg's.
also because of mgs, final fantasy, god of war, gran turismo, tekken etc. (the ps exclusives)

aaaaah I've been thinking about Final Fantasy X recently..

might be the greatest game ever...... but I don't know if its better than Final Fantasy VIII

1) I will hopefully be able to buy it by June, if not, then definitely by August.
2) Look at my user name. I think you have your answer as to if I'll play any exclusive games on it.
3) Don't have an HDTV, but I have a kick donkey monitor, and VGA cables are pretty cheap.
4) Even when I'm not at home playing it I'll be using the PSP's Remote Play on it while at school and at friends' houses and stuff.

Also, that was quite the bump. I forgot this thread even existed. As you can tell, my priorities have changed by now lol.
