Hanaukyo Maids (poo poo-ish), Death Note (interesting), Yumeria (okay-ish), Gunslinger Girl (kinda boring, but has some interesting parts)

...from memory.

RE: ZiNgA's Quick Review thread
Nah, there's no point in putting all your feelings into it :P  It's just a show after all.

And I've learnt that over-emotion can have personal detrimental effects (I guess I learnt that from Pokemon).

That seems wrong and right at the same time.

So Pokemon scarred you for life?

Don't know what you exactly mean by putting all your feelings into it though, while watching the anime? or reviewing the anime?

^ Basically how fans go crazy for stuff.  I wasted much of my time on Pokemon as a kid, but I did have some degree of self control - I never really bought much of it, just watched the darn thing too many times...  and that kinda stuff.

mmmhmm, more like you fall in love with a character, then can't get over the fact that the person isn't real, also the anime ends, and you want more. i think that's the over-emotion peice.

I never even watched through pokemon even once actually. It was on 7:00am TV, and I never really bothered to wake up early most of the time (Laziness wins >.<).

So by "personal detrimental effects" you mean wasting time and money. I imagined more on the emotional side... by the way you said "I've learnt that over-emotion can have personal detrimental effects".

Yeah, I've wasted some time on some things as well. Like with some anime (Tsukihime), I wasted some time doing some research on it. But it's not like any significant amount of time that would be enough cause me detriment. Probably would've wasted that bit of time doing something else anyway, so no big loss.

I can't imagine myself ever getting into that situation (bolded section). Not saying I'm unfeeling, but even if I try my hardest, I probably can't get that kind of attachment to an anime charactor.

Although the wanting more bit applies sometimes, especaily when the story just ends abruptly, and feels unfinished.
