Meh... that is obvious. Some people will never accept in front of others that they vulnerable or are facing a lot of doubt. Over time I have learned one simple fact: If a person always claims to be happy, appear to be happy, never saying that they are depressed or sad or anything... go to their home and/or catch them alone for a quick reality check.

Maybe this friend of yours is just too caught up with what all is going on but doesn't want to appear weak or dependent or something like that.. I guess... If you're sure she's fine, be as you are with her normally, so as to not aggravate things for her.
Or, you can just call her up or talk with her alone about how things are and that you are a little worried.. maybe she'll let you know, or maybe she won't. But at least she'll know that you are not falling for the old mask trick.

Or it could be you over thinking...
