i used to use this until they release a xvid4psp that converted mp4's at better quality for the same bitrate

^ I'd still recommend merging whilst ripping. If you already have split VOBs however, DGIndex is the best way to merge them.

this is just a gui that does all the batch converting for you with needing to use the dos box

xvid4psp encodes while the files are split

clown killer you can encode to 480x272 ps mp4 in tvc just open your file/s select h.264/avc profile go to setting change the framerate to 29.970 and change the output video resolution to custom size 480x272

If you compare the original post dates for each thread, you'll see that mine was posted almost six months before this one. Plagiarism isn't cool man. You should've at least have given me credit and posted a link to my original thread. I think this is really messed up, especially since I worked hard on that guide. :o
