You don't actually know this - conspiracy theories are conspiracies because they aren't confirmed.

This pretty much hasn't affected me in any way, but nevertheless, condolences to the people who died directly or indirectly due to this.

How do e know what the media broadcasted was true? Yes, planes hit it. Yes, many innocent people lost their lives. That much can't be denied.

You don't.
Neither do you really know whether the world is round or not - you've never actually gone up and seen it for your own eyes (and even if you did, you can't rule out that no-one is trying to trick your eyes).

Wee generally base our assumptions on what is commonly considered to be the case.
