Oh she does cast magic, it that with all the grimores she's memorized (around 103000 if I'm correct), she actually a very powerful mage but the church erases her memories after a certain amount of time so she cannot cast magic. At one point Touma breaks the seal preventing her casting magic and boy was he in trouble.

Interesting. Doesn't seem like it'll spoil Index for me but good to know. :P

Yeah, probably.

But then again... Accelerator is beast as hell (for those who haven't seen Index, he's the ~~lvl6~~ lvl5, Railgun won't even be able scratch him).

But then again... the mages have magic == HAX. They'll still win.
