I'm probably the only person here watching this anime, but I decided I'm going to rant about it anyway.
So, I'm watching episode 9 of
Aku no Hana, where Saeki confronts Kasuga about destroying the classroom and stealing her uniform. Basically, her reaction is, she doesn't care. She still likes him, and she doesn't want to break up with him, because she somehow knows that he 'borrowed' her gym uniform because he had a crush on her. But! He feels like he can't go back to her, because she knows now? WHY?! That makes no freaking sense. She even said that she was sad because he didn't tell her in the first place. I'm sorry, but no amount of embarrassment over something would stop me from continuing a relationship with someone I wanted to be with. That would be fudgeing stupid.
However, his mother did find his messy clothes from the vandalism incident in the washing machine (because for some idiotic reason, he thought no one would make the connection), but even so, it's not like his mother would go around town telling people, "Hey! My son is the one who vandalized that classroom, and wrote that confession about being a sexual deviant on the chalkboard", or at least I would hope not. Although, that still has nothing to do with his relationship with Saeki, especially since
she doesn't care, herself.
Kasuga finally gets the girl of his dreams, and it seems like he's doing everything in his power to fudge it up. She doesn't even seem to mind if he
is a pervert, she still likes him. She wants him to open up to her. She wants to be with him, but he's pulling away from her. I do not understand this anime anymore.
I guess one conclusion that can be drawn is that he may like Nakamura, who basically blackmailed him about that whole uniform incident. Since she admitted to being a pervert herself, he feels comfortable around her, which I understand. Then again... His girlfriend isn't put off by that either, which is why I don't understand why he feels he needs to run away from her.
Anyway, I kind of predicted that Saeki wouldn't care. Mainly because I was hoping this would turn into some twisted love story, which it is, kind of. Also, despite Kasuga's strange reaction, I'm still enjoying the series.
By the way, when I wrote this I was paused at 19:22 in this episode
