Needler does not beat everything. Needler does home onto stuff yes, but the movement speed of the crystal things tha gets shot out is too slow, and the damage is not excelent. The game is very imbalanced though. Unless u mean for Halo 3. People say in 3, the Needler is indeed very broken.

The movement speed in this game is slow, and the landscape is generally large and open, making the sniper rifle quite overpowered IMO. And u can do the 4 shot trick with the sniper to pull off 4 shots in very rapid succession, which kills pretty much anything, wherever u hit them.

I like the Brute Shot. Even has a massive knife on it that does almost as much damage as the energy sword. Heard that it got crappified in Halo 3 though.

Naw, thay changed it so instead of 4 shots it has 6, and it doesn't arc as much anymore. As for the needler, yes, it's a little overpowered, but they changed it so that it fires faster, but has a much longer reload time. The one weapon that I'm mad they nerfed is the sword. They made it so it takes a split-second longer to do the sword charge, making it useless if the movement speed is set at %200-300. Also, it now has ammo.

Unless u mean for Halo 3. People say in 3, the Needler is indeed very broken.

Yeah that line about the Needler was directed at Halo 3. Though it was overpowered in Halo 1 as well.
