I guess you'd have to try converting the CUE into a TOC - should be fairly obvious if you open it in a text editor, but may be a little tedious.

That TurboRipv100 program seems to generate a TOC file for you which I've done which is seriously why I'm thinking I'm an idiot and I have no idea where I'm placing my files.

That was the one that i tried before that was in japanese Sigh
