Dude, have you ever played Starcraft?
I can see where you're coming from for Warcraft... but for Starcraft, s hit die all over the place. Stuff can even 1 shot each other.
Guess where the term "zerging" came from.

RE: [Poll] Game poll for Senseito7.
I am aware of "zerg rushing", or more to the point, "kekekeke" "OH GOD HOW DID ALL THAT poo poo GET THAR"
I just don't like Starcraft. And I found that out when I brought the newer stuff. Waste of cash. I find the unit production too slow, costs too high, and the emphasis on individual unit survival too high given how much punishment a a group of the strongest terran units can take against a lone mid-level zerg unit. (Result- one zerg sitting in a pile of dead terran units. I screamed obscenities at my zerg-whoring opponent, ragequitted, and threw my wireless mouse across the room.)
This is in contrast to good RTS games like W40k, where a unit is faster to produce, and you can rely on being able to leave one or two of it in a canyon to hold a line, if you send a replacement over every few pushes.

The term "zerging" actually refers to swarming people with massive numbers of small units rather than rushing. Rushing is different.

Expand, and build multiple unit production buildings. Production shouldn't be that slow, unless you're stacking carriers or something.

By the zerg unit... you mean an ultralisk (the big elephant like thing)? That's a very lategame zerg unit. And all the other zerg stuff are soft and dies very quick.
And what do you mean by "a group of the strongest Terran units"? Tank? Battlecruiser (big airship thing)? I bet you're suing small units like Marines or Ghosts or something.
It's a VERY bad matchup using small units againt ultralisks. They have loads of armor, and can resist like up to 2/3 of the small units' damage. As an example...
Tank » 70damage - 6armor = 64 damage, which is decent.
Marine (fully upgraded) » 9 damage - 6armor = 3 damage... 3 damage a hit not going to kill 400HP any fast.
It's just bad matchup.
