I didn't see it anywhere.

^^ah see its different with me... i can usually control my dreams every morning and its always like an hour or two before i get up.. i can actually wake completely and go back to sleep and continue where i left off....

and no i don't dream of tentacle rape lol at least no anymore hahaha  my shrink said its not good to think about animated characters like that anymore....  im joking

ive had a few before..

does any one know a way to do it?

There's supposed to be a series of light flashes that does it, I saw on Diggnation someone made a mask or helmet that you wear while sleeping to try and induce lucid dreaming.  I've also seen books around about it, never picked one up, though.
