Endless Paradigm

I was dreaming today, and at one point it turned into a lucid dream. Cause I realized the moment the dream "ended" that that hadn't actually happened and at that instant the dream returned, and I had control over it. Only thing was I noticed as usual to me in lucid dreams that it got a lot less detailed. Like in a regular dream there's an entire place created, but when I noticed it was a dream a lot of things started disappearing or fading away. What was cool though was that the people who were leaving I made them come back with my mind. I turned back time. They walked backwards and everything. Then I made other people I know appear. But the more control I got over the dream the more it faded away and at one point I could barely even see anything; everything was white. And even though the people were there I couldn' even see them. And well it continued fading till it faded completely and I woke up. That was cool, can't remember the last time I had a lucid dream. Cause even if everything is completely different I almost always believe it's real while in the dream.

This is an awesome thread! Thanks for this! I have had like two Lucid dreams in my life. I've had a few out of body experiences as well. Which is really cool b/c that's one of the things I'm learning to do on command now is OBEs. That and remembering my dreams. I thought this was on topic, so I figured I'd share. I'm getting pretty frustrated though b/c the book is like 13 weeks long and I'm on week 6. Seems like I won't be done until ... ? meh... It's good stuff though. ;)

Also, since wee're on the topic of dreams, how many ppl have had dreams about UFOs? I've had UFO dreams since I was a kid. The aliens won't leave me alone. :/ I've had dreams and OBEs about UFOs, but I wasn't in control; I was being shown everything...

I tried this and i was just starting to dream, but my girlfriend called me at 3:13 just to wake me up. :o

So today I was listening to this book on my PSP, and I slowly drifted into sleep, but i also kept drifting out of sleep. So at about 8:01 i noticed i was still sleeping about being at this store called CVS Pharmacy, so i decided to try something.

There was this girl working at the counter, and i asked her to the movies or something. At first I made her say yes, then i made her say no, then yes, then no, then finally yes. So i was about to walk home in my dream, when my sister wakes me up trying to puit my finger in a cup of water.

What's really strange though was that when I woke up i was very energetic/hyper, i have never been hyper before, not even when drinking coffee and all those little energy drinks, but as i woke from the dream, i felt like i could do anything and tried to push my dad suburban while it was in parking, and guess what...... I couldn't!! So know im all calm and chocolatez, so thank you for reading. Bye!!!

Im thinking of trying to increase the memory of my dreams with melatonin :D except ill probably need to wait to try that till i actually have a chance to sleep without being beeped awake by my alarm in the morning...
