Since it's taking too long, I'll add a few rules:

• It must be from a "popular" or "known" anime - not something that no-one knows about.  Since this is hard to define, I'll say that you must either be aware that a number of people here have seen it, or it must be on one of these lists:

• Since wee're posting pictures of people anyway, the picture must contain a character which appears a fair bit in the show - that is, not some random background character.  As a guideline, the character should appear in at least 25% of the number of episodes in the series.
  
• The above character should be reasonably recognizable.  That is, not some very dark picture no-one can recognize, or some over-emphasized picture (ie when their mouth grows ridiculously large when shouting).
  
• If the character appears in more than one series, either is correct

Anyways, there should be a deadline i reckon, incase people never get it.

Like if no-one can get it in 3 days or so, wee start a new one.

Probably don't reveal what the old one is, so people who really want to get it themselves can try at it longer, start another one parallel or something.
