quite easy:
1. put the ptf,ptf2rco.exe in same folder
2. get into DOS prompt, change directory to step 1
3. type ptf2rco test.ptf test.rco
4. u will get a compressed test.rco file

u can use this if u want....
put your ptf into the ptf folder then run ptf2rco.bat, then just follow the instructions from the ptf2rco.
