Endless Paradigm

i had proposed these ideas over at -hacks in an attempt to revive the graphics section there...but since they don't want it back, I'll bring my ideas here..

1)Best Sig Contest

the best sig contest at -hacks had died....and i think it should be brought here!

I would be willing to host it every week, as well

as for the rules:
-Entries to be submitted from Monday to Thursday
-Voting from Friday to Sunday
-other rules (such as theme, size, etc. would be named for each contest)

winner would get some kind of prize (like a custom sig declaring that person the winner, or something like that)


2)Graphics Teams and Team Battles

obvioulsy, the team battles at -hacks had also died...I'm also willing to do what i can to get teams going here and organize battles, as well

my ideas for this:
-Teams have a max of 5 members
-each team gets a sticky for team discussion...only team members can post in a team thread
-One week a month, instead of the Best Sig Contest, wee have the Team Battles to keep things fresh


3) flaming, spamming, or any other nonsense would be dealt with swiftly....

anyways, these are just my ideas...and obviously, for me to be able to make these ideas happen, i would need to be made sectional expert...

so, tell me what you think...does this sound resonable?

and the best sig contest is just like SOTW's at other forums . . . i joined one before but I stopped going there.

I think all your idea's sound reasonable ..  

idk about sectional experts though that would make this place feel like -hacks.. and that what wee don't want.

As long as the graphics section doesn't turn into a drama section like it did on -hacks I think all of this can happen.:cool:
then again this is just a mod talking

I think maybe 1 or maximum 2 mods for the Graphics section would be ok. . . if not maybe just make it like the other forums where mods come anytime they want and help anyway they can. . . but yeah wait for Zinga's opinion . . . . (since it matters most)
